Workout

Below is a sample of my workout. I typically train every day, but have been known to take an occasional day off (but there aren't many).

  • Monday: Shoulders, calves, cardio
  • Tuesday: Legs, abs, cardio
  • Wednesday: Chest, calves, cardio
  • Thursday: Back, abs, cardio
  • Friday: Legs, cardio
  • Saturday: Biceps, triceps, calves, cardio
  • Sunday: Abs, cardio
