Below is a sample of my workout. I typically train
every day, but have been known to take an occasional
day off (but there aren't many).

- Monday: Shoulders, calves, cardio
- Tuesday: Legs, abs, cardio
- Wednesday: Chest, calves, cardio
- Thursday: Back, abs, cardio
- Friday: Legs, cardio
- Saturday: Biceps, triceps, calves, cardio
- Sunday: Abs, cardio
