On Season Diet

Below is a sample of my diet when I am getting ready for a competition. My diet may vary depending on my current condition and desired outcome.

  • 7 am: 3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 10 am: 4 oz chicken, 1/3 cup brown rice
  • 1 pm: 4 oz chicken, 1/3 cup brown rice
  • 4 pm: 4 oz tuna, 1/3 cup brown rice
  • 7 pm: 4 oz tuna, spinach
  • 10 pm: 5 egg whites

I drink green tea in addition to a gallon of water a day. I try to avoid sugary sodas and beverages.
