Off Season Diet
My diet is less strict during the off season, and I enjoy eating a variety of healthy foods. My diet primarily consists mostly of chicken, tuna, oatmeal, and eggs (in larger portion sizes than my on season diet). And I like to indulge in the "good" things like ice cream, pizza, and deli sandwiches (I'm a sandwich nut) from time to time! I believe that the key is moderation - if you eat healthy, then you can indulge in the not-so-healthy things that you really enjoy only if you do so in moderation.
